CANNIBALIZING YOUR AUDIENCE, JEJU, SOUTH KOREA

The Olympics are over and no matter how NBC spins it, its Olympic web strategy comes up a loser.

For fear of cannibalizing its TV audience.

Should I cannibalize the Jeju Life audience by putting our stories online first, followed by publication in the magazine? What’s stopping me? What’s my hang up?
